RCM Health supports patients across many areas of care, including second opinions, cancer treatment and complex pediatric cases. Your Surgery Advocate is its dedicated surgical advocacy service, helping Canadians navigate complex surgery with expert guidance, coordinated care and financial clarity.
Are you a clinic or a hospital?
Neither. We don’t perform surgery ourselves. We review your case, connect you with a suitable surgeon and accredited facility, and coordinate the care around your procedure. Your surgery is carried out by the surgical team at that facility, and your case manager stays involved throughout.
Does my family doctor or specialist stay involved?
They can. Choosing private surgery doesn't mean leaving your own care team behind. With your consent, we request records from them, share the surgical plan, and arrange follow-up so your recovery continues with the people who know you best.
